These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tulasya website and services. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to these terms. These terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place orders. For prescription medicines, a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner is mandatory.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
Prices may change without notice but the price at the time of order confirmation is final
We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock or incorrectly priced

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment is received (for prepaid) or COD acceptance
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

4. Prescription Medicines

For Rx-marked products, you must upload a valid prescription. We verify prescriptions before dispatch. Providing a false prescription is an offence under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940.

7. Intellectual Property
